• Items must be unused, in original packaging, or defective/damaged (with proof).

3. Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged (our fault).
• We don’t refund original shipping fees.

4. Refunds

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returns.
• Money returned to original payment method.

5. Exceptions

• No returns for custom or personalized items.
